7. Supabase
PV-Valuator PRO uses Supabase for storing and managing application, contact and account data.

- Marketing consent data, where consent has been given
- Data entered by users where required for use of the application
- Technical data related to use of the service
The processing serves to provide and manage the functions of PV-Valuator PRO and to store contact and, where applicable, marketing consent data.
8. Payment Processing with Stripe
Stripe is used to process payments and sell Credits.
When you purchase Credits or paid services, the data required for payment processing is transmitted to Stripe.
This may include in particular:
- Name
- Email address
- Payment information
- Billing information
- Transaction data
- Information about the product purchased
Payment data is generally processed by Stripe. PV-Valuator PRO does not store complete credit card or comparable payment data.
Processing takes place for the performance of the contract and the processing of the payment initiated by you.
9. Credits and Transactions
PV-Valuator PRO uses a Credit system.
In connection with the purchase and use of Credits, the following information may in particular be stored:

- Number of Credits purchased
- Number of Credits used
- Date and time of the transaction

This data is required to manage the Credit balance correctly and provide the services purchased by you.

The PV-Valuator PRO website provides the possibility to contact us using a contact form.
The following data may in particular be processed:

- Email address
- Telephone number, if provided
- Subject
- Message content
The processing serves to handle and respond to your contact request.
Providing a telephone number is voluntary.
If you activate the voluntary checkbox provided for this purpose, your email address will additionally be processed for sending information and news about PV-Valuator PRO. Consent is voluntary and is not a requirement for processing your contact request.
11. Marketing Consent and Lead Management
If you activate the designated checkbox in the contact form, we may use your email address to send information and news about PV-Valuator PRO.
Consent is given voluntarily and expressly. It is not a requirement for processing your contact request.

13. Technical Libraries and Bootstrap
PV-Valuator PRO uses Bootstrap for the design and technical implementation of the user interface.
Bootstrap is integrated locally within the application and is not loaded from an external Bootstrap CDN.
Therefore, the integration of Bootstrap itself does not result in any additional transmission of your IP address to an external Bootstrap CDN.
14. Analytics and Tracking Services
PV-Valuator PRO currently uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyse the use of the website and to measure interactions with certain functions.
This may include in particular information about page views, interactions, devices used and technical usage data.
Google Analytics is used exclusively for analysis and statistical purposes. PV-Valuator PRO does not use Google Analytics to create user profiles for personalised advertising.
PV-Valuator PRO currently does not use Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel.
15. Cookies and Technical Storage Mechanisms
PV-Valuator PRO does not use cookies for advertising purposes.
Where technically necessary storage mechanisms are required for login, authentication or the provision of certain functions, they may be used for the technical provision of the service.
Where Google Analytics technologies are used for analysis, information may be stored on or read from the user's device. The applicable data protection requirements are taken into account accordingly.
16. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on the processing activity, personal data is processed in particular on the following legal bases:
